Practical guides for installing Community Control, configuring server operations, resolving common issues and understanding Game Hub.
Getting started
Open the Kervak invite flow, select a Discord server you manage, authorize the bot, then sign in to the dashboard with Discord.
Start installation →The dashboard uses Discord OAuth. Kervak only shows servers where the bot is installed and the signed-in Discord account has management access.
Verify dashboard access →Map staff roles, moderation logs, ticket channels and other server-specific settings, then use diagnostics and readiness checks before staff begin work.
View onboarding →Community operations
Warnings, timeouts, kicks and bans use Discord slash commands, create moderation records, attempt member notifications and write to the configured moderation log channel.
Community Control features →Configure ticket types, intake questions, staff handling, reminders, transcript behavior and verification workflows from the server configuration.
Ask about ticket setup →Use staff clock-ins, leave records, private notes, evaluations, task handovers and role-aware access to coordinate your team.
Explore staff tooling →Administration
Professional and Enterprise tooling can include backups, configuration snapshots, rollback controls, exports and migration assistance. Review restore actions carefully before applying older state.
Compare plan access →Starter, Professional and Enterprise control feature entitlements and operational limits. Checkout pricing and subscription details are provided by the configured billing flow.
View full comparison →Use least-privilege role configuration, protect Discord accounts and dashboard sessions, and review Kervak's public trust and privacy information.
Security & Trust →Game Hub
Game Hub combines a unified library, Nexus identity, social systems, parties, ownership and extension capabilities in one Windows launcher experience.
Explore Game Hub →Use library discovery and synchronization to bring supported game sources into a consistent launcher view. Manually added titles can supplement detected sources.
Game Hub features →Game Hub's extension direction uses signed extensions and a controlled marketplace model to expand integrations while protecting platform integrity.
Developer enquiry →Troubleshooting
Confirm the bot is online, that its Discord role is positioned correctly, required permissions are present, and the command is enabled for the relevant staff role.
Check Kervak status →Make sure you are signed into the intended Discord account, Kervak is installed in the server, and your current server permissions allow dashboard management.
Sign in again →Include the affected product, server ID when relevant, expected behavior and a safe copy of the error message. Never send passwords, bot tokens or payment credentials.
Open support options →Try a broader term or contact Kervak support if you cannot find the topic you need.
